FRANKFORT -- Nellie L. Joseph, 82, of 351 W. Palmer St., Frankfort, a sister of Rupert McCafferty of Darlington, died Saturday in Clinton County Hospital here. She had been ill five months. Mrs. Joseph was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church. She was born in Max on Nov. 26, 1893, a daughter of Charles and Seynthia Plen McCafferty. She married Jesse Joseph. He died in 1971. Surviving besides the brother are two sons, Durward of Frankfort and Loren of Bedford; two sisters, Miss Nova McCafferty of Frankfort and Mrs. Velva Shanks of Garden Grove, Calif., six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Frye Funeral Home here with the Rev. James Butler officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.--waw
